某供热管道平面应变热应力分析

摘  要:
呼兰河供热项目处于哈尔滨高寒地区,根据保温需要,该工程采用双层钢管结构。为分析该类结构的安全性,本文将该管道简化为平面应变的力学模型,并通过理论计算和有限元模拟,给出了该类管道的应力计算公式。本研究对该类热力管道力学分析和安全评价具有一定的参考价值。

摘  要:
Hulan heating project locates in subnival belt of Harbin. On the request of heat preservation,the project uses double steel cylinder structure. To analyze the safety and the structure,the particle simplifies the steel cylinder as mechanical model. Based on the theoretical computation and finite element simulation,the particle also gives the computation equation for the cylinder. The research lays the foundation to analyze the heating steel cylinder and safety evaluation.
