桥式起重机传动机构效率检测方法研究

摘  要:
起重机作为农业部门提高劳动生产率、实现农业生产自动化的必不可少的大型机械设备,传动机构的效率直接体现出其能耗的高低。本文研究了起重机起升机构的机械传动效率,利用串联原理,提出了一种对减速机功率的测量方法;同时研究了吊具系统的功率测量,为测量起重机传动机构效率提供新思路。

摘  要:
Crane as an essential large machinery and equipment of agriculture to improve labor productivity and production automation,the efficiency of its transmission mechanism directly reflects the level of energy consumption.In this paper,the mechanical transmission efficiency of cranes hoisting mechanism is studied.By using tandem principle,a reducer power measurement method is proposed and the power measurement for hanger is researched.The presented research can provide a new way for measuring the efficiency and energy consumptions of cranes transmission mechanism.
