基于轮毂电机电动方程式赛车车架设计与分析

摘  要:
为了满足FSAE(formula student automobile equation)方程式赛车车架强度和刚度的要求,在考虑到车架加工、零部件装配、人员乘坐等情况下,采用钢管桁架结构车架,并利用CATIA完成赛车车架框架布局设计.在此基础上,使用ANSYS对车架框架进行有限元分析,并采用不同管径的钢管保证其有足够扭转刚度的情况下减轻整车质量,并完成赛车在直线加速、8字绕环、高速避障、耐久赛都有足够的强度和刚度.

摘  要:
In order to satisfy the requirements for frame strength and stiffness of FSAE(formula student automobile equation) formula, in considering the frame processing, parts assembly, workers in such cases, adoption steel pipe truss structure frame, and use CATIA to complete the car frame layout design framework. On this basis, use ANSYS for finite element analysis on the chassis frame, and use steel pipes of different diameters to reduce the weight of the vehicle while ensuring sufficient torsional rigidity, and make sure the car has sufficient strength and rigidity in a straight line acceleration, circling in "8" shape, obstacle avoidance at high speed, and endurance race.
