檵木新芽变的生物学特性研究

摘  要:
为开发新植物资源,选育优质芽变种,将檵木新芽变体与母本檵木、红檵木进行生物学特性比较,发现檵木新芽变不仅叶色变化明显,而且其叶绿体超微结构也相应地发生变化;其质体的叶绿素含量约为母本的1/10,类胡萝卜素含量约为母本的1/4;花色素苷含量高于母本,约为母本的2倍;其过氧化物同工酶和红檵木相似,都具有母本的3条酶带,但是又各有1条明显的特征谱带.

摘  要:
In order to develop new plant resource and select good sport,this paper studies on biological characters of Loropetalum chinense oliv.sport.We found that the female parent and sport have many differences not only in the color of leaves but also in the chloroplast ultrastructure,the content of the pigment chloroplast is about one-tenth of parent,one-fourth in Carotenoid,the anthocyanins is about two times of parents’.The POD of three species has similarity and diversity,they all have 3 common strips of parent and one’s own special strip respectively.
