生物修复植物黑藻资源化利用——化学成分研究

摘  要:
黑藻Hydrillaverticillata(L.f.)Royle是用于富营养化生态修复的一种沉水植物,秋天必须将其收获才能最终实现湖内污染物负荷的减少。通过对收获后的黑藻进行化学成分的分析研究,改变传统的将黑藻制成渔牧业饲料的利用途径,为其资源化利用提供了一个新途径。首次从黑藻全草的提取物中分离出8种化合物,它们分别是:①1-(3’-呋喃)-8-醚-10烯-十三烷-1-酮;②(2S*,3S*,4S*)-2-(二十烷-11’-烯)-3-羟基-4-甲基-丁醇内酯;③1,3-薄荷二烯-7-醇;④6,6,9a-三甲基-十氢化萘并[1,2-]呋喃-1,4-二酮;⑤1,1,4b,7-四甲基-7-乙烯-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6,7,8,8a,9-十二氢菲;⑥正十五酸乙酯;⑦十九烷;⑧十四烷。其中①是新化合物,且化合物① ̄④和⑥ ̄⑧均具有潜在的生物活性,为将黑藻开发成医药材料等高附加值产品提供了基础研究资料。

摘  要:
Hydrilla verticillata (L. f.) Royle is a submerged plant used for phytoremediation on eutrophic lakes. It is an important measure to harvest the submerged plant in every autumn to reduce the nutrition burden of the lake. The chemical composition of Hydrilla Verticillata (L. f.) Royle harvested was studied, which may change its traditional utility as feed for fishery and animal husbandry. Eight compounds were firstly isolated and purified from the extracts of Hydrilla verticillata (L. f.) Royle. They were identified as 1-furan-3’-yl-8-pent-2-enyloxy-octan-1-one ①), (2S*,3S*,4S*)-2-(Eicos-11’-enyl)-3-hydroxy-4-methyl-butanolide ②,1,3-menthadien-7-ol③,6,6,9a-trimethyl-decahydronaphtho[1,2-]furan-1,4-dione④,1,1,4b,7-tetramethyl-7-vinyl-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6,7,8,8a,9-dodecahydrophenanthrene⑤, ethyl pentadecanoate ⑥, nonadecane ⑦ and tetradecane ⑧. Among them, compound ① is a new natural compound. Compound ①~④ and ⑥~⑧ are potential bioactive substances, which can be further investigated to explore their utility as medical material. The results provided a new approach for the utilization of submerged plants.
