雷州林业局森林培育质量管理体系建设初探

摘  要：
质量是林业企业的生命。作为中央企业的雷州林业局(以下简称"雷林")几十年来十分重视林业生产的质量管理,建立了南方最大的桉树人工林基地,成为"粤西明珠",率先成为桉树人工林培育的"排头兵"。随着经济市场化全球化的不断发展,雷林务必做优做强做大,提高市场竞争力,打响"雷林品牌",继续成为中央林业企业的"亮点",所以必须建立、健全林业质量管理体系,使雷林经济又好又快地可持续发展。为此,本文就雷林应如何建立健全森林培育质量管理体系进行了初步探讨。

摘  要：
Quality plays a vital role in forestry enterprises.Leizhou Forestry Bureau as Central Enterprise has become a pioneer in eucalypt plantation cultivation.In these recent decades,the Bureau highly valued quality management of forestry production and established a eucalypt plantation base which is the largest one in South China and known as "the bright pearl of Western Guangdong".Because of the continuous development of economy globalization and marketization,Leizhou Forestry Bureau should enhance market competitiveness,product her own trademark and keep a highlight of Central Forestry Enterprises.Based on these,Leizhou Forestry Bureau must build up forestry quality management system so that her economy could gain sustainable development effectively and efficiently.Therefore,We made a preliminary study on establishing and perfecting the forest cultivation quality management system in Leizhou Forestry Bureau.
