利用盐溶蛋白UTLIEF技术快速鉴定玉米种子纯度

摘  要:
利用盐溶蛋白超薄等电聚焦电泳技术对6个同父异母、5个同母异父共11个玉米杂交品种种子进行纯度鉴定。结果显示,盐溶蛋白超薄等电聚焦电泳图谱带型稳定,多态性丰富,分辨率高,可将供试的血缘关系较近的玉米杂交品种区分开,而且该技术操作简便,可用于玉米种子纯度的快速鉴定。

摘  要:
The application of salt-soluble proteins UTLIEF in maize purity identification of 11 maize hybrids(5 of them shared a same father and 6 of them shared a same mother) was studied.The experimental results showed that the salt-soluble proteins UTLIEF could distinguish the 11 maize hybrids as the result of electrophoresis had stable strip,good polymorphism and high resolution.This technology was easy and could be applied for quick purity identification of maize seeds.
