叶绿素荧光特性对龙脑樟配方肥的响应

摘  要:
为探讨不同氮磷钾施肥量对龙脑樟(Cinnamomum camphora chvar.Borneol)矮林叶绿素荧光的影响,筛选出适合龙脑樟的最佳肥料用量,为龙脑樟的优质栽培提供参考依据。研究以龙脑樟矮林为试材,采用"3414"不完全正交回归施肥设计,通过测定叶绿素荧光参数(F_o、F_m、F_v/F_m、F_v/F_o),研究不同施肥量对其叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:在施不同量的氮磷钾肥的情况下,龙脑樟的光合电子传递速率(ETR)先随着光合辐射(PAR)强度的增加而增加,而到一定光强后趋于稳定,光化学猝灭系数(qP)随着光合有效辐射(PAR)的增加而下降,非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)随着光合有效辐射(PAR)的增加而增加,N_2P_2K_2处理下的ETR、qP最大,NPQ最小,说明N_2P_2K_2处理有利于提高龙脑樟的光合速率和光能利用效率。而初始荧光(Fo)均随着施肥量的增加先下降后增加,最大荧光(F_m)、F_v/F_m、F_v/F_o则均随着施肥量的增加先增加后下降,均在N_2P_2K_2最小或最大,说明施加适量的氮磷钾肥可以提高龙脑樟的潜在光合能力和光化学活性,降低光抑制程度,使其获得较高的光合效率和光合潜能,促进龙脑樟的生长。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of different nitrogen,phosphate and potash fertilizers on chlorophyll fluorescence of Cinnamomum camphora chvar.Borneol,the optimum fertilizer dosage took was selected to provide a reference basis for the quality cultivation of camphor. This study Cinnamomum camphora chvar.Borneol elfin Forest as the test materials.Using"3414"incomplete orthogonal regression design for fertilization,by measuring the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters( F_o,F_m,F_v/F_m,F_v/F_o),the effects of different fertilizerapplications on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of different quantityies of NPK fertilizers,the photosynthetic electron transport rate( ETR) of Cinnamomum camphora chvar.Borneol increased with the increase of the photosynthetic intensity of radiation( PAR),and tended to stabilize at a certain light intensity; the coefficient of photochemical quenching( qP) decreased with the increase of photosynthetic active radiation( PAR),while the coefficient of the photochemical quenching( NPQ) increased with the increase of photosynthetic active radiation( PAR). The N_2P_2K_2 treatment had the maximum ETR,qP,but the minimum NPQ,which means that the N_2P_2K_2 treatment improved the photosynthetic rate and light energy using efficiency of Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol. And the initial fluorescence( Fo) first decreased with the increase of fertilization quantity and then increased; the biggest fluorescence( Fm),Fv/Fmand Fv/Fofirst increased with the increase of fertilization quautity and then decreased,both were minimum or maximum in the N_2P_2K_2 treatment.All this suggests that applying a right amount of NPK fertilizers can improve the potential photosynthetic capacity and chemical activity of Cinnamomum camphora chvar.Borneol and reduce the degree of light inhibition,enable it to get a higher photosynthetic efficiency and photosynthetic potential,promote the growth of Cinnamomum camphora chvar.Borneol.
