With the continuous development of modern information technology,there is a new change of crop diseases and pests information release which gradually changed from the traditional way of simplification to the release of diversification and visualization. TV forecast,mobile phone short message,network platform with its unique advantages and characteristics of crop diseases and pests in intelligence work play the more active role.
