葫芦岛贝类养殖区浮游生物的群落结构和时空分布

摘  要:
于2007年11月19日、2008年3月21日、2008年7月20日3次对葫芦岛贝类养殖区的水环境和浮游生物进行了调查,调查共设10个站位.结果表明:从pH、溶解氧含量来看,该海域海水属于Ⅰ类海水;10个站位营养盐的水平分布比较均匀;从溶解性无机氮含量来看,该海域海水介于Ⅱ类至Ⅳ类海水之间;从活性磷酸盐含量来看,该海域海水介于Ⅰ类至Ⅱ类海水之间;2007年11月、2008年3月、2008年7月该海域的N/P值分别为221.4、86.0、51.5,P是限制性因子;该海域浮游植物共计46种(属),其中硅藻门41种(属),甲藻门5种(属),2007年11月、2008年3月、2008年7月分别出现浮游植物40、37、43种(属);浮游动物共计23种(属),其中毛颚动物1种(属),被囊动物1种(属),桡足类11种(属),浮游幼虫类10种(属),2007年11月、2008年7月、2008年3月分别出现浮游动物23、23、15种(属);浮游植物、浮游动物密度及其生物量均为2008年7月最高、2007年11月次之、2008年3月最低;该海域浮游植物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')为3.34 ~3.94,浮游动物H'为2.92 ~3.90,该海域处于轻度污染或无污染状态.

The water environment and plankton were surveyed at 10 sample stations in shellfish beds in coastal Huludao,Liaoning province in November 19,2007,March 21,2008 and July 20,2008.The results showed that the seawater was found to be the first class in terms of pH and dissolved oxygen levels.Judging from the inorganic nitrogen levels,however,the seawater was between the second and the fourth class,and between the first and the second class from the active phosphorus levels.The even distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus levels were observed in the region and the phosphorus was found to be limiting factor,with N/P value of 221.4 in November,2007,86.0 in March 2008,and 51.5 in July,2008.A total of 46 phytoplankton species and 23 zooplankton species were found in the shellfish beds,including 41 species of diatoms,5 species of dinoflagellates,1 species of Chaetognatha,1 species of Tunicata,11 species of Copepoda,and 10 species of pelagic larvae.Forty phytoplankton species were observed in November 19,2007,37 phytoplankton species in March,2008,and 43 phytoplankton species in July,2008.There were 23 zooplankton species identified in November,2007,and 15 zooplankton species in March 21,2008,with the peak abundance and biomass of plankton in July,2008,and the minimum in March,2008.The biodiversity index was changed from 3.34 to 3.94 in phytoplankton,and changed from 2.92 to 3.90 in zooplankton,indicating that the water quality in this area was somewhat pollution or pollution-free.
