中国大鲵剥制标本的制作改进

摘  要：
动物标本是动物学研究的基础资料,具有重要的教学科研价值,其中剥制标本最为直观和形象。中国大鲵(Andrias davidianus)是国家二级野生保护动物,标本缺少。通过剥皮、防腐、填充、整形、上漆等一系列步骤,获得了1具较完整的大鲵剥制标本。制作的标本除体型稍圆、皮肤干燥收缩导致标本个体变小外,基本符合预期。小型无鳞类水生动物剥制标本的制作,可选用钢丝作为填充支架,简单易行,但填充物不宜选用锯末、棉花等无法维持标本形状的材料,以免皮肤干燥收缩后标本体型发生变化。

摘  要：
Animal specimen is the basis of the zoology of materials with important value on teaching and scientific research. And skinned-specimen is the most intuitive and visualized. Andrias davidianus is one second class protected wildlife in China, and there is a lack of specimens. A relatively complete taxidermal specimen of Andrias davidianu was made by a series of steps including skinning, antiseptic treatment, filling, shaping, and painting etc. The specimen was in line with expectations except that the specimen was slightly rounded and smaller for the skin drying shrinkage. A steel wire could be used as fill stent in specimen of small-sized aquatic ani-mals without scales for it's simple and practicable. However, the materials which can't maintain the specimen shape such as saw dust and cotton shouldn't be chosen as the filler in order to prevent the change of shape and size of specimen after the skin drying shrinkage.
