摘  要：
农村信息扶贫是大众传播媒介的重要功能之一。我国是一个有着近九亿人口的农业大国,在构建和谐社会的今天,大众传媒对农村地区的信息扶贫功能具体体现在:向广大农民群众奉献关爱之心,播撒精神文明;传播致富信息,发展农村经济;创新农民观念、培养一代新人,从而为社会主义新农村建设做出自己应有的贡献。

摘  要：
To help the poor areas use information throngh mass media is one of the important functions of mass media communication.Our country is an agricultural power with the population of nearly 9000 million.Today people advocates harmonious society,thus,mass media communication should make full use of its advantages to dedicate to the construction of a new socialistic rural area by presenting care for them and putting forward ideological and cultural progress;communicating how to get rich and developping economic growth of countryside;straightening up peasants' ideas and bringing up a new generation and so forth.
