摘  要:
生物之间的相互作用一直是生物学和生态学领域的研究热点之一,特别是真菌与细菌的相互作用倍受关注。其中,菌根真菌(mycorrhizal fungi,MF)作为环境功能生物分布广泛,与其处在相同生态位的其他根区生物(如细菌等)发生直接或和间接的相互作用,参入整个生态过程,对物质转化、能量流动、信息传递、环境与生物健康、生态系统可持续生产力发挥举足轻重的作用。本文系统总结了MF与菌根伴生细菌、MF与根围促生细菌(PGPR)、MF与共生固氮细菌、MF与植物内生细菌、MF与植物病原细菌、以及MF与其它细菌的相互作用特点;探讨了MF与细菌相互作用的可能机制,旨在为丰富菌根学研究内容、探索增强MF的生理生态功能的途径、促进MF的应用等方面提供理论依据和思路。

摘  要:
Interactions between organisms have been one of the focus in biology and ecology.In particular, the interaction between fungi and bacteria has been paid more attention to.Among of them,the mycorrhizal fungi(MF)as a functioning biont widely distribute in various ecosystems,directly and indirectly interact with the other organisms(eg bacteria,etc.)inhabited in the same root zone niche,involve into the whole ecological processes,and play apivotal role in the substance transformation,energy flow,message transmission,environmental and biological health,ecosystems sustainable productivity.This paper summarizes the interaction characters between MF and their associated bacteria,root growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR),symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria,the endophytic bacteria,plant pathogenic bacteria,as well as interaction with other bacterias;discusses the possible mechanisms of interactions between MF and bacteria,in order to provide a theoretical basis and ideas for adding the research content of mycorrhizology,exploring ways to enhance MF physiological and ecological functions,and promoting the application of MF.
