杏树抗寒生理研究初报

摘  要:
本文以红丰、骆驼黄及凯行杏等3个品种为试材,对杏树抗寒生理进行了研究,结果表明,①红丰杏休眠枝自由水/束缚水含量比值明显低于骆驼黄及凯特杏;②随着处理温度的降低,枝条的相对电导率变大,且在-30℃时剧烈增加,红丰杏的相对电导率值一直较低;③超氧化物歧化酶活力变化趋势为“升-降-升-降”,有两个高峰,而过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活力的变化趋势为“升-降-升”,而红丰杏酶活力提高的幅度较大;④杏树枝条内可溶性蛋白含量有所增加,在-35℃以前变化比较平缓,自-35℃才开始升高,到-40℃时,蛋白含量急剧增加,红丰杏的蛋白含量始终高于其它品种;⑤随着处理温度的降低,枝条脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量,呈明显增加趋势,其中红丰杏增加的幅度大于骆驼黄及凯特杏。综合以上研究结果,表明红丰杏较其它两个品种有较强的抗寒性。

摘  要:
The physiological mechanism of freezing-resistance in apricot was studied, with Hongfeng, Luotuohuang and Katy as materials. The results were as follows:①The rate of free water content to tied water in twigs of Hongfeng apricot during the dormancy was obviously lower than that Luotuohuang and Katy. ②The relative conductances of all varieties twigs were all increased with the temperature decreasing, and they were rapidly increased at -30℃. But the relative conductance in Hongfeng was always lower than others. ③The change trend of SOD activity was ‘high-low-high-low’, and there were two peaks in the trend line. The change trends of POD and CAT activity were “high-low-high”, and there is one ‘peak’. And the increasing range was bigger in Hongfeng than that in others. ④The soluble protein content increased as the temperature droping, and it suddenly increased at -40℃. The soluble protein content in Hongfeng was higher than that in others. ⑤The proline and soluble sugar content in twigs increased observably, and the change of Hongfeng was larger than others. According to the above results, we could conclude that Hongfeng apricot was higher freezing-resistance.
