成熟期的亲贝经强化培育后,采用常规手段,进行人工诱导产卵,可获得大量的受精卵,并能正常分裂发育, 显微观察并记录了胚胎发育过程和形态特征。

Having been reared intensively and stimulated by normal methods,the mature shellfish spawned and the fertilized eggs developed normally.The process of the embryo development and morphological characteristics was described in the paper.
