摘 要：
近几年来,随着中国老龄人口的人数不断增加,逐渐进入老龄社会。随之而来退休人员也逐渐增加,到图书馆来的老龄读者人数也日益增多。图书馆作为公共文化场所,其存在的社会意义在于让任何人都能够平等的利用公共财产,提高人们的文化素养。基于这一意义,为老年读者服务应坚持以人为本,恪守平等服务的原则。同时,做好老年读者服务工作是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。为此,如何在图书馆服务中融入"积极老龄"理念是当前一项较为现实及迫切的任务。

摘 要：
in recent years, with the number of the aging of our population continues to increase, and gradually entered the ageing society. Following retirement also gradually increased, to the number of old reader library is increasing day by day. Library is a public cultural facilities, the existing social significance is that anyone can use the equality of public property, improve the cultural quality of the people. Based on this significance, service for the aged readers should adhere to the people-oriented, adhere to the principle of equal service. At the same time, do well the service for the aged readers is an important part of constructing harmonious society. Therefore, how to integrate into the "active aging" concept in the library service is a realistic and urgent task.
