改革后农田水利建设投入主体缺失的经济学分析

摘  要:
本文在分析我国 5个时期农田水利建设情况的基础上 ,分析了市场经济条件下农田水利建设相关利益主体在农田水利建设投入上的不同态度 ,进而提出农田水利建设的投入主体应是政府和农民 ,而对于农民来说 ,可以根据水源特点分别采取股份制和参与者管理两种方式。
