不同施肥处理对桔梗生长特性和药材产量的影响

摘  要：
为给桔梗生产中的合理施肥提供理论依据,以提高桔梗的产量与品质,采用盆栽正交试验方法,就不同施肥处理对桔梗的生长特性和药材产量的影响情况进行了试验研究与测定分析,并对试验结果进行了方差分析和多重比较。结果表明,各施肥处理的桔梗其株高、地径、冠幅、叶面积、叶绿素含量及药材产量均高于对照(CK);各施肥处理的肥效间存在显著性差异,其中施用N(0.15 g/kg)、P2O5(0.20 g/kg)、K2O(0.25 g/kg)土配肥的桔梗其各项生长指标值和药材产量均最高。

摘  要：
In order to provide a theory basis for rational fertilization in Platycodon grandiflorum production,and to improve yield and quality,effects of different fertilization treatments on growth characteristics and medicinal material yield in P.grandiflorum were researched through a orthogonal experiment of pot culture,and the results were analyzed by using the methods of variance analysis and multiple comparisons.The results show that height,ground diameter,crown,leaf area,chlorophyll content,medicinal material yield of P.grandiflorum seedlings in different fertilization treatments are higher than CK.There are significant differences among the fertilization treatments,and the growth indexes and medicinal material yields of P.grandiflorum seedlings are the highest values in the treatment of applying the fertilizer containing N 0.15 g/kg,P2O5 0.2 g/kg,K2O 0.25 g/kg.
