摘  要：
为了比较PCR和基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)方法鉴定大肠杆菌的一致性,研究分别利用这两种方法对从浙江省12个不同地区养鸡场初步分离得到的大肠杆菌进行鉴定。结果显示:利用MALDI-TOF MS鉴定大肠杆菌的准确率为99.1%,PCR鉴定准确率为100%,但MALDI-TOF MS较PCR能够进行更快速的鉴定。利用MALDI-TOF MS对大肠杆菌分离株进行的聚类分析可以将分离株分为两种类型。研究表明,MALDI-TOF MS法能够快速、高效地完成对大肠杆菌的鉴定,并且能够进行聚类分析。

摘  要：
To compare the identity of E. coli isolates by PCR and MALDI-TOF MS, the two methods were used to identify the strains isolated from chicken farms in 12 different regions of Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the accuracy of identification of E. coli isolates by MALDI-TOF MS was 99.1%, and the accuracy of PCR identification was 100%. But MALDI-TOF MS could identify E. coli isolates more quickly and cluster E. coli isolates into two types. It′s suggested that MALDI-TOF MS could quickly and efficiently identify E. coli and perform rapid cluster analysis on E. coli.
