摘  要：
Starting from building a harmonious forest area, focus on how to handle eight relations of forest police and forestry affairs, forest police and other security forces of forest resources management, forest police and state-owned forest farms, forest police to the survival and development, forest law enforcement "wide" and "strict", forest law enforcement to combat and prevent, forest police and local government, forest police officers to learn and work. Proposes to promote better harmony between eight relations to enhance six strong senses of quality, and six styles to advocate for the viewpoint of development for building a harmonious forest lay a solid foundation.
