摘 要：
为减少主观赋权法带来的定级误差,提出了用主客观综合赋权法来确定土地定级影响因素的权重。由于该方法既充分利用了样本资料的统计信息,又反映了专家的理论知识和经验,从而使定级结果比较合理。最后结合山东省德州市城镇土地定级具体实践,对该方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法得出的定级结果更加符合客观实际。

摘 要：
In order to reduce the grading error of subjective weighting methods,a new combination weighting approach was put forward in this paper,which not only made full use of the statistics of sample data,and also considered the experts' theoretical knowledge and experience.Finally,the residential land in Dezhou City of Shandong Province was taken as an example to mine the weights of land grading factors and the result showed that it was more reasonable to disclose the differences among all kinds of land with this new combination weighting approach.
