复杂性科学及其在生态系统研究中的应用

摘  要:
复杂性科学是一门新兴的交叉学科,主要研究复杂系统、复杂性及其方法论。生态系统是一个典型的复杂适应系统,处于混沌的边缘或临界态。内部作用是生态系统复杂化、有序化及自组织的主要推动力。复杂性科学应用于生态系统的研究,旨在更好地了解生物及其环境组分间的相互作用以及生态系统复杂性的动态特征与演化机制。本文综合国内外研究动态,介绍了复杂性的定义、复杂性科学的研究方法及在生态系统研究中的应用,并对一些存在的问题进行了探讨。

摘  要:
Sciences of complexity are new interdisciplinary subjects,which focus on complex systems,complexity and its research methodology.It takes ecosystem as an adaptive complex system,which is suggested to be at the edge of chaos or at the criticality.The inner interactions of an ecosystem are main driving force for self-organization,complexity and order of ecosystem.Sciences of complexity were applied to the research of ecosystem for better understanding of the interactions among components of environment and biology,dynamic characteristics and evolutionary mechanism of ecosystems complexity.Exploring literatures about sciences of complexity and ecosystems,this paper summarized the definition of complexity,research methods of the science of complexity and their applications in ecosystem.Problems in related aspects were also discussed.
