摘  要：
2016年10月24日,某鸡场报告其饲养的12 500只鸡在5 d内死亡456只。经现场剖检和实验室检测,确诊为败血型支原体病继发大肠杆菌感染。引起发病的主要原因是场内饲养管理不合理,卫生条件差,疾病防控措施不当,从而导致多种细菌继发感染,加剧了疫情。针对鸡场存在的问题,对可能的风险因素进行了控制,从而使疫情得到有效控制。

摘  要：
In October 24, 2016, a chicken farm reported that 12 500 chickens were bred to die 456 in 5 days. The infection of Escherichia coli caused by Mycoplasma was confirmed by field examination and laboratory test. The main cause of the disease was unreasonable management, poor sanitation and improper control measures, resulting in multiple bacterial infections and aggravating the epidemic. According to the problems existing in the chicken farm, the possible risk factors had been controlled so that the epidemic situation could be effectively controlled.
