县乡农业科技部门应介入农家书屋建设的探讨——河南省沈丘县部分农家书屋实地调查的思考

摘  要：
目前党中央部署"农家书屋"工程正大量在全国农村建设,作者走访了河南省沈丘县一些乡村的"农家书屋"并进行了解与探讨。认为县乡农业科技部门应介入"农家书屋"的建设,根据当地农业生长环境及农民种养殖及经营农副产品的实际情况去了解和掌握农情和民意,可有效提高相关农业科技信息与情报的书刊配置管理。

At present,the rural library project arranged by the Party Central Committee is implemented in a big way in China.The author has visited the rural library in some villages and held discussion with the farmers.The author holds the view that the Agricultural Science and Technology Departments at the County and Township Levels should get involved in rural library construction.
