杀灭水产病原菌的放线菌筛选及防治试验研究

摘  要:
从辽宁、山东、浙江、福建、广西、海南、陕西7个省份的近海海域或淡水水体中采集的污泥样品中,分离到86株淡水放线菌和77株海洋放线菌。以鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum)、肠型点状产气单胞菌(Aeromonas punctata f.instestinalis)、大肠杆菌(Eschenchia coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)为指示菌,进行抗菌活性筛选,初筛采用琼脂扩散法,复筛采用挖孔法,获得6株杀菌作用强的放线菌。对这6株菌进行形态特征、培养特征观察以及生理生化试验,初步确定6株菌均属于链霉菌属。选择编号为F1-F-12的放线菌进行鲫鱼防治试验,结果显示,治疗组鲫鱼体内气单胞菌数量与对照组相比明显减少且差异显著(P<0.05),可见杀菌放线菌对水产病原菌有较好的杀灭作用,可用于新型微生物渔药的开发。

摘  要:
86 freshwater actinomycetes strains and 77 marine strains were isolated from sea sediment and freshwater sediment samples,collected from Liaoning,Shandong,Zhejiang,Fujian,Guangxi,Hainan and Shaanxi province.To screen the strains producing antibacterial activitics,agar diffusion method was used to screen strains producing antibacterial activitics against Eschenchia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Vibrio anguillarum and Aeromonas punctata f.instestinalis at primary screening phase.Excavating-aperture bioassay test was used at examination phase.6 strains of high activity were abtained.By morphological characteristic and cultural charachteristic observation and physiological and biochemical test,all 6 strains were confirmed as streptomyces.Strain F1-F-12 was chosen in the research on animal prevention and cure.The result indicated that the quantity of aeromonas in the extermination crucian carp of the treated group was reduced compared with control group,and the difference of two was significant.It was obvious that the effect of killing aquacultural pathogenic bacteria of Antibacterial Actinomycete was good.So Antibacterial Actinomycete can be used as micro-ecological agents
