限饲对杜洛克生长、肉质参数及经济效益的影响

摘  要：
[目的]研究限制饲喂对美系杜洛克猪生长性能、肉品品质及经济效益的影响。[方法]将30头美系杜洛克猪随机分为2组,试验组以20%的限量进行饲喂试验,测定其生长性能参数、肉质参数,并分析综合经济效益。[结果]试验组平均日增重要比对照组低52 g,每增重1.00 kg少耗料0.36 kg,每头猪销售净增收入31.65元,猪肉的贮存损失和水浴损失显著低于对照组,其他肉质参数差异不显著。[结论]限制饲喂能明显改善饲料利用率,对肉质参数影响不大,使猪养殖的综合效益大大提高。

摘  要：
[Objective] To study the effect of restricted feeding on growth,meat quality and economic benefit in American Duroc.[Method] 30 Duroc pigs were randomly divided into two groups(the restricted and control group).The feed consumption of restricted group was 20 % less than that of the control group.In the experiment,the growth,meat quality and economic benefit of American Duroc were detected.[Result] By comparing,the daily gain of the restricted was 52 g less than that of the control group,while every 1.00 kg gain consnmed 0.36 kg less feed.The net incomes of the restricted increased by 31.65 Yuan per pig over that of control group,and the storage loss and water bath loss of the restricted were significantly lower than that of the control group,the meat quality differed insignificantly among two groups.[Conclusion] The restricted feeding had improved the feed conversion and no significant impact on the meat quality.The economic benefit rose greatly.
