摘  要：
加快农业科技成果转化,提高农业科技进步贡献率,既是农业科技发展的应有之义,也是推动现代农业发展迈上新台阶的迫切需求。当前,我国社会经济发展已进入新时代,无论是实施乡村振兴战略,还是实现农业农村高质量发展,均对农业科技提出了更新、更高的要求。因此,站在更高的起点,以更高的质量来促进农业科技成果转化,就显得尤为重要。文章深入分析了我国农业科技成果转化的现状与问题,从完善农业科技成果的供给和熟化机制、加强农业科技成果转化人才培养、完善创新创业和兼职兼薪制度、强化中央地方统筹协调、加强数据分析和战略研究等方面,提出了我国农业科技成果转化在当前及今后一段时期的政策建议。

摘  要：
Accelerating the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and improving the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress are not only the proper meaning of development of agricultural science and technology, but also the urgent need to promote the development of modern agriculture to a new stage. At present, China's social and economic development has entered a new era. Whether to implement the strategy of rural revitalization or to achieve high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas, puts forward new and higher requirements for agricultural science and technology. Therefore, it is particularly important to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements at a higher starting point and with higher quality. In this paper, the current situation and problems of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China were analyzed in depth,and the policy suggestions for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China at present and in the future were put forward from the following aspects: improving the supply and maturation mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, strengthening the training of talents for transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, improving the system of innovation and entrepreneurship, part-time and part-time salary, strengthening the overall coordination of departments and local governments, and strengthening data analysis and strategic research.
