西门子PLC在打磨线上的应用

摘  要：
西门子PLC作为一款主流的自动化控制系统,目前被广泛的应用在工业领域。介绍工厂设备从西门子S7-300PLC主站配一个通信模块,与外部其他设备的通信,构成一个工业现场局部网络。通过西门子PLC-S7软件实现对控制设备的数据随时修改、实时监视和故障查询的功能。着重介绍设备在使用过程中出现的机器人碰撞问题,在对设备之间的信号互相联锁和应答等方面进行分析,并运用西门子PLC-S7软件进行程序的修改优化,最终排除了此类故障,降低了维修成本和故障停机率,提高了生产效率。说明了西门子PLC在工业领域的应用具有便捷性、稳定性和易维护等特点。

摘  要：
Siemens PLC,being as mainstream automatic control system,at present is widely applied in industrial field.The article introduces a situation in which one communication module will be equipped in Siemens S7-300 PLC master station,connected to other external machines,to form one local network in industrial field,by PLC-S7 software such functions can be realized as modifying data in control system,monitoring machine in real time,checking failures.The article puts emphasis on introduction for analysis over issues like collision of robot during operation process,reciprocal interlocking of signals,acknowledge between machines,and also introduction for how to use PLC-S7 software optimize program to eliminate the failure finally,so that the maintenance cost and breakdown rate can be reduced,and productive rate can be increased.All of those shows that the Siemens PLC has characters such as convenience,stability,easy maintenance and so on in industrial application.
