盐度对豹纹鳃棘鲈幼鱼摄食生长及体成分的影响

在实验室条件下进行了不同盐度对豹纹鳃棘鲈Plectropomus leopardus幼鱼摄食生长及体成分影响的试验。试验设5个盐度(15、20、25、30和35)处理组,每组设3个平行,各随机放12尾体质量为(25.63±1.36)g的试验鱼,饲养试验在室内有循环设备的水槽(800 mm×500 mm×450 mm,水体为140L)中进行,日饱食投喂商品饲料两次(8:00、16:00),试验共进行42 d。结果表明:将豹纹鳃棘鲈幼鱼从盐度为30的海水中直接移入盐度为15、20、25、35的水中时,在各个盐度下96 h后的存活率均为100%;经盐度驯化后饲养42 d的各组鱼的成活率平均为96.7%;饲养试验结束时,盐度为15的组豹纹鳃棘鲈幼鱼增重率、特定生长率、摄食率和饲料转化效率均最高,盐度为30的组幼鱼各项摄食生长指标均最低;盐度为15和30的组幼鱼肌肉粗蛋白质含量较高,极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01),但这两组幼鱼的粗脂肪含量较低,各试验组水分含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。本研究表明,豹纹鳃棘鲈幼鱼在盐度为15时摄食生长最快,肌肉品质也最好。

摘  要:
Effects of salinity on growth and body composition of juvenile leopard coraltrout Plectropomus leopardus with body weight 25.63 g±1.36 g were studied in a laboratory.The juveniles were randomly stocked into 140 L tanks of each 800 mm ×500 mm×500 mm at a rate of 12 individuals per tank at a salinity of 15,20,25,30,and 35 with triplication and fed commercial feed at 8:00 and 16:00 for 42 days.The results showed that survival rate of 100% in 96 hours was observed in the juveniles exposed from a salinity of 30 suddenly to a salinity of 15,20,25 and 35,with survival of 96.7% in 42 days.The juveniles exposed to a salinity of 15 had the maximal weight gain rate,specific growth rate,food intake and food conversion efficiency,with the minimal values in the juveniles exposed to a salinity of 30.There were very significantly higher crude protein levels in the juveniles exposed to a salinity of 15 and 30 groups than that in the juveniles in the other groups(P<0.01).However,there was lower fat content in the juveniles exposed to a salinity of 15 and 30,without significant differences in the moisture(P>0.05).The findings indicate that leopard coraltrout juveniles show the best feeding,growth and muscular quality at a salinity of 15.
