甘肃高山型细羊毛KRT35基因序列遗传多态性分析

摘 要：
采用PCR-SSCP方法,检测甘肃高山型细毛羊优质毛品系111只KRT35CDS区部分序列的遗传多态性,并与羊毛弯曲度进行关联分析。结果表明:KRT35CDS区部分序列存在1个等位基因3种基因型。χ2检验表明,该群体在这一位点上处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05),多态信息含量(PIC)为0.4526,属于中度多态(0.5>PIC>0.25)。测序结果显示,与绵羊该基因序列(EU216426)相比,A等位基因在154处发生T→C的突变。关联分析表明:优质毛品系不同基因型之间羊毛弯曲度差异不显著。

摘 要：
The genetic polymorphism of CDS partial sequence of KRT35 gene in 111 Gansu Alpine Fine-wool sheep were detected by PCR-SSCP method and the correlation between genotype and wool camber was analyzed.The results showed that there were one allele and three genotypes in CDS partial sequence of KRT35.The population was Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium at this locus(P>0.05) and the polymorphism information content was 0.4526.The sequencing result showed that the A allele had T-C mutation at the CDS partial sequence 154 bp.The correlation analysis indicated that the differences of wool camber among different genotypes were not significant.
