总线式360°舵角指示器设计与研究

摘  要:
分析了目前装备中使用的采用自整角机的全方位舵角指示器的原理与不足,介绍了基于CAN和/或RS485现场总线的360°舵角指示器设计。该舵角指示器通过总线接收舵角位置信息,PID控制步进电机带动指针进行全方位舵角指示,单直流供电,较好地满足了渡河桥梁装备的需要。

摘  要:
The principle and disadvantage about full-azimuth rudder indicator currently used in the equipment and based on are analyzed.Designing on 360°rudder indicator based on CAN and/or RS485 field bus is introduced.Receiving rudder-angle signal with bus,with step motor controlled by PID to indicate full-azimuth rudder and powered with single DC,the indicator can fit in with the need of river-crossing and bridging equipment.
