利用内环流控温技术实现低温储粮

摘  要:
在内蒙古莫旗地区,通过通风降温蓄冷、密闭隔热与环流风机均温通风、轴流风机春季防结露通风、夏季内环流控温等综合措施,可实现全年低温储粮的目标,解决了长期困扰该地区储粮易结露的难题。实仓试验结果表明:内环流控温储粮技术的关键是做好仓房的密闭隔热与气密工作;内环流技术的使用,减少了储藏期间粮食水分损耗,延缓了粮食品质变化,提高了粮库的效益,同时改善了员工的工作环境条件,且操作劳动强度低,运行费用少。

摘  要:
In the Mo banner area of Inner Mongolia,through cool storage by ventilation cooling,heat insulation &temperature ventilation of closed circulation fan,anti condensation ventilation of axial fan in the spring,temperature control in inner circulation in the summer etc. comprehensive measures,the goal of low temperature grain storage can be realized,it solves the problem of the stored grain is easy to dew in this area for a long time. The results shows that: the key point of this internal circulation & temperature control technology is to do the sealed heat insulation & airtight work; use of this technology could also reduce the water content loss during grain storage,delay the change of grain quality,enhance the income of the grain depot,it could also improve the working conditions of staff,has low operation labor intensity and less running cost.
