南酸枣嫁接育苗试验初报

摘  要：
南酸枣为福建省特色野生果树之一,为促进南酸枣的驯化栽培从嫁接方法、砧木高度、接穗来源、接穗贮藏时间、嫁接时期等方面探讨南酸枣嫁接的最佳方案。结果表明,在3月上旬,砧木高度15～25cm,以切接或腹接方法,选择生长旺盛的一年生枝条为穗条,穗条随采随接,减少其暴露在空气中的时间,使砧木和接穗削面平滑,形成层密接,可使南酸枣嫁接成活率达85%以上。切接遇雨天在嫁接苗上套一小塑料袋防雨水。

摘  要：
In this paper,basic studies were carried out on the grafting methods,height of stock,source of scion,t he storage time of scion and different date of graft of axillary wildjujube,Choerospondias axillaris,which is one of special wild fruit trees in Fujian.while the height of stock reached 15～25cm,one year eugenic shoots were selected as scion,which should be grafting as fresh as possible and should be grafted after being pared to reduce the exposure time in air,the joint of the scion and the stock were level and smooth,Thus,the grafting survival rate can reach 85%or more by cut grafting or side grafting in early March,However,it is worth notingt hat small plastic bags were set on the grafting seedling in order to water proof when grafting taken on rain day.These provide scientific and theoretic basis for domestication and cultivation of axillary wildjujube.
