上海地区家鸭球虫种类初步调查

摘  要：
为初步了解上海地区家鸭的球虫种类,本试验从上海市郊8个鸭场采集鸭粪便,实验室离心、分离球虫后,经2.5%重铬酸钾溶液培养至孢子化。用带SPOT拍摄系统的显微镜观察、拍摄孢子化卵囊,记录其大小、面积以及卵囊内部结构,并对照文献进行种类初步鉴定。鉴定结果显示,上海地区家鸭的球虫有3属10种,即艾美耳属(Eimeria)6种、温扬属(Wenyonella)3种、等孢属(Isospora)1种。本调查结果为有效防治鸭球虫病提供了基础资料。

摘  要：
To investigate the species of domestic duck coccidia in Shanghai,the feces were collected from 8 duck farms in the suburb of Shanghai and coccidian oocysts were separated from the feces by centrifugation.The oocysts were placed in 2.5% potassium dichromate solution for sporulating.Sporulated oocysts were observed with the microscope,then recording the size,area,as well as the internal structure of the oocysts,and checking the literatures to identify the coccidian species of ducks.The result showed that coccidian species of ducks had 3 genus and 10 species in Shanghai,containing 6 species of Eimeria,3 species of Wenyonella,1 species of Isospora,which provided experimental data for preventing coccidiosis of domestic ducks.
