一种新型充气快速布放围油栏的设计与试验研究

摘 要：
指出了围油栏是水面溢油处理的主要设备之一。通过对普通围油栏进行气室结构改造实验,实现了快速投放以及气室漏损条件下的气密功能。试验发现:普通围油栏及的布放总时间为14min37s,而快速布放围油栏布放时间仅为07min45s;在初始压力为5kPa时,若中间气室完全放气,则两气室通道在水压状态下可以密封住,压力保持在2.5kPa,72h后仍可维持在1.5kPa,两端气室形状保持不变。结果表明:与传统围油栏相比,所研发的新型充气式快速布放围油栏布放时间缩短了50%左右;而且单个气室漏损不影响围油栏的使用,使围油栏的快速布放及气室漏损条件下的工作效率有了较大的提高,具有较好的推广应用价值和环境、社会效益。

摘 要：
The oil fence is one of the main equipment for oil spill handling.In this article,the gas chamber structure of the traditional oil fence was transformed in order to achieve rapid application and airtight functionunder the conditions of leakage.It was found that the total application time was 14m37s for the traditional oil fence,the time of novel oil fence was only 07m 45 s.When the initial pressure was 5Kpa,if the middle chamber was completely deflated,the air channel in the novel oil fence can be sealed with 2.5Kpa of air pressure.Even after 72 h,the air pressure can still be maintained at 1.5Kpa,with both ends of the gas chamber shape unchanged.The result showed that the total application time of the novel oil fence can be shortened 50%compared with the traditional oil fence and a single chamber leakage does not affect the use of oil fence.It was suggested that the working efficiency of this novel oil fence is greatly improved with strong application value and environmental and social benefits.
