柴油机单轨吊行走系统建模及参数匹配

摘 要:
在满足单轨吊车系统最大负载工况前提下,考虑已选定的发动机功率和牵引力与速度要求,确定了行走系统中液压泵、液压马达、控制阀的性能参数,设计了插装阀,实现了速度切换及短路行走模式。利用AMESIM软件进行建模仿真,验证了选定参数的可行性。

摘 要:
To meet the monorail system maximum load condition, considering the selected engine power, traction and speed requirements, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and valve parameters were determined in this paper, meanwhile cartridge valve to achieve speed switching and short walking pattern was designed. AMESIM software was used for modeling and simulation, to verify the feasibility of the selected parameters.
