从“行动者网络”理论看生物黑炭技术的推广

摘  要：
生物黑炭技术是促进农业可持续发展发展的关键手段和实现低碳经济的有效途径。国际上对以农田废弃物为原料制成生物黑炭施用于土壤作为农业增汇减排的关键途径日趋明显。推广生物黑炭技术有利于提高土壤有机质,减轻农业废弃物污染,对实现低碳农业具有重要的意义。本文以行动者网络理论(actor-network-theory,简称ANT)为视角对生物黑炭技术推广进行研究,通过对生物黑炭技术推广网络中行动者的分析,发现现阶段生物黑炭技术推广的主要矛盾,探索生物黑炭技术推广的途径。

摘  要：
Biochar technology is a key method to develop sustainable agricultural development and an effective way to carry out the low-carbon economy. There is paying more and more attention worldwide to the application of biochar from crop residues to croplands as a key countermeasure for enhancing soil C stock and reducing greenhouse gases emission from agriculture. Promoting biochar technology is propitious to improve soil organic matter and reduce agricultural waste pollution. It is also important for establishing the low-carbon agriculture. The paper researches on the biochar technology promotion based on the actor-network-theory. Through analysis of the actor in the promoting biochar technology network, the author found the main contradiction of biochar technology promotion to explore the way of biochar technology promotion.
