生物柴油的固体超强酸Fe_2O_3/SO_4~(2-)催化制备

摘  要:
用沉淀-浸渍法制备固体超强酸催化剂Fe2O3/SO42-,并以餐饮业废弃油脂为原料将该催化剂用于生物柴油的合成。考察了催化剂制备条件对生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明,制备固体超强酸Fe2O3/SO42-的H2SO4浓度为0.75 mol/L、于500℃下煅烧5 h;用该催化剂制备生物柴油,在反应温度为70℃,醇油摩尔比为25∶1,催化剂用量为油重的2%,反应时间为10 h的最佳工艺条件下,生物柴油产率可达95.4%。催化剂使用1、2、3、4、5次的平均产率达94.3%。

摘  要:
The solid superacid catalyst Fe2O3/SO42-was prepared by precipitation-impregnation method,and applied for the preparation of biodiesel.The effects of catalyst synthesis and preparation conditions on the yield of biodiesel were investigated.The optimized preparation conditions were as follows,the impregnation concentration of H2SO4 0.75 mol/L,calcined temperature 500 ℃ and roasting time 5 h.The optimum reaction conditions for using this catalyst were,reaction temperature 70 ℃,nmethanol:noil=25∶1,mcatalyst:moil=2%,and reaction time 10 h.The results showed that the maximum biodiesel yield was 95.4%.When the catalyst was reused five times,the average yield was 94.3%.
