徐州北郊农业区土壤和小麦籽粒重金属污染研究

摘  要:
采用等离子体质谱法测定了徐州市北郊农业区小麦籽粒和土壤中的重金属含量,并对二者间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,小麦籽粒中的Ni、Cu、Zn检出率达100%,与食品卫生标准相比,超标率分别为100%、0%9、.11%;Cd、Cr和Pb的检出率分别达63.6%、45.4%和9.11%,超标率均为9.11%。Cd的超标率虽然不高,但最大值达到了0.25 mg/kg。土壤中Cd与小麦籽粒的Cd含量有显著相关性,相关系数达0.837。

摘  要:
A field experiment was conducted in the northern suburb of Xuzhou City to investigate the heavy metal concentration in wheat grain and soil.In addition,the study on the relationship between total concentration of heavy metal in soil and in grain was explored.6 soil samples and 11 wheat grain samples were collected,and the concentration of Cr,Cd,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn were measured.The detectable rate of Ni,Cu,and Zn were 100% in wheat grain,but the detectable rate of Cd,Cr and Pb were 63.6%,45.4% and 9.11% respectively.The concentration of Ni in wheat grain was 100% higher than the China National Hygienic Standards for Food,and Zn,Cd,Cr and Pb were 9.11%,respectively.The concentration of Cu was still lower than the Standard.Thus,Cu,Pb and Zn in wheat grain were lower than that in the same area in the 1990s.Except Cd,there were no significant correlations between the total heavy metal concentration in soil and wheat grain.
