摘  要:
莲为重要药用水生植物,在印度和中国传统医药治愈各种疾病减轻相应症状,各器官含有成分不同,用途也不相同。随着近年开发研究的深入,莲各部位活性物质及药理作用成为研究热点。莲富含生物碱、黄酮、糖苷类、三萜类、多糖、多酚、挥发油等多种活性成分,具有抗氧化、消炎、抗菌、抗心律失常、降血糖、止泻、免疫调控等生理活性。本研究综述了莲活性物质及其药理作用研究进展,为深入开展化学医药研究及莲资源综合利用奠定基础。

摘  要:
Lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn) is an important member of medicinal aquatic plants and widely applied in Indian or Chinese traditional medicine for treatment on various diseases and alleviation of corresponding symptoms. Different organs of lotus have different bioactive compounds and pharmaceutical applications.Bioactive compounds of different parts and their pharmacological effects have become one research hot spot with further research in recent years. Lotus is abundant in numerous active ingredients including alkaloids, flavonoids,glycosides, triterpenoid, ployacchrisides, polyphenoles and volatile oil, etc, demonstrating antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-arrhythmic, antipyretic, immunomodulatory and other activities. This review highlights pharmacological research progress in various active compositisons of lotus and provides basis for further phytochemical and pharmacological studies and integrative application of lotus resources.
