世博会旅游形象的结构化与非结构化测量——以重庆市民对世博会感知为例

摘  要:
以重庆市民为例从旅游形象的角度探讨世博会的完整旅游形象。研究结果表明:在结构化测量中,重庆市民对世博会旅游形象的评价都是正面的;在非结构化测量中,重庆市民认为"美食小吃"、"商机/贸易"、"冷漠"和"嘈杂/人多"也是世博会的形象,而这些在封闭式题项中没有出现。

摘  要:
Taking Chongqing citizen as examples,the complete tourism image of World Expo was discussed from the angle of tourism image.The research results showed that the evaluations of Chongqing citizen about tourism image of the World Expo are positive in the structural measurement.From the result of open-ended questions,the "gourmet snacks","business / trade"," indifferent " and "noisy / more people" are also regarded as the image of the World Expo by Chongqing citizen in the non-structural measurement.
