摘 要：
研究磺胺氯吡嗪钠二甲氧苄啶溶液的质量标准。以高效液相色谱法测定溶液中磺胺氯吡嗪钠和二甲氧苄啶含量,采用Sino Chrom ODS-BP色谱柱,以磷酸二氢钾溶液∶甲醇为流动相,磺胺氯吡嗪钠和二甲氧苄啶在0.5-100.0μg/m L和0.3-45.0μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.9%和99.1%。该研究建立的色谱条件可同时检测2种成分,简便快捷。

摘 要：
The quality standard of sulfachloropyrazine sodium(SPZ) and diaveridine(DVD) solution was studied. A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was developed for determination of SPZ and DVD. The HPLC analysis was performed on Sino Chrom ODS-BP column, using the mixture of potassium phosphate monobasic solution and methanol as mobile phase. The linear ranges of SPZ and DVD were 0.5-100.0 μg/m L and 0.3-45.0 μg/m L with average recoveries of 99.9% and 99.1%,respectively. The established method was simple and rapid. It could be used for the simultaneous detection of SPZ and DVD.
