在分析了建筑产品质量与农民工素质的关系的基础上,认为应编制农民工教育和培训的长期规划,明确政府、用人单位、农民工三者之间的关系,建立完整的多层次的教育培训机构,规范的全方位的知识技能训练体系。

摘  要：
Based on analyzing the relation between the production quality and migrant peasant workers, it was thought that a long plan should be settled to educate and train migrant peasant workers. The relationships among government, enterprise and peasant workers should be clarified. Comprehensive and multilevel education and training organization should be set up as well as canonical and omni-directional knowledge and skill training system.
