摘 要：
On the strategic foundation of "promoting the rise of central China",it was proposed that knowledge creativity was the propeller of regional economic development and the key to realizing the rise of central China.First the index frame of knowledge creativity was put forward.And the knowledge creativity of six provinces of central China were compared.According to the problems in each province,countermeasures for promoting knowledge creativity were put forward.Henan should rely mainly on improving the per capita scientific and technological output value of scientist and engineer.Shanxi should increase the input of government,introduce talents and strengthen foundation research.Hubei should emphatically solve the problem of how to change the advantage of the basic research into technological development advantage.Hunan should emphatically increase government input or enlarge the channel of social investment.Anhui should further strengthen basic research in the future.Jiangxi needed to increase the omni-directional input of the government and society,attract talents develop in an all-round way on the basis of basic research and application
