地层与水泥环的材料性质对油气井井筒力学状态的影响规律

摘 要:
井筒的完整性是保证油气井安全生产的前提。地层与水泥环的材料性质会影响井筒的力学状态,但是目前相关研究资料并不多。通过建立地层-水泥环-套管的力学模型,应用弹性力学理论,推导在地应力场中井筒第一、二界面的接触压力。引入压力传递系数概念,分析了水泥环和地层的弹性模量、泊松比对套管与水泥环力学状态的影响规律。结果表明,具有较大弹性模量与泊松比的地层有利于降低井筒载荷。推荐固井选用高强度、低弹性模量、小泊松比的水泥浆体系来提高井筒完整性。该研究成果对基于材料性质提高井筒完整性具有一定的参考意义。

摘 要:
The wellbore integrity was the precondition for assuring the safe production of oil-gas wells.The mechanical state of wellbore would be affected by the materials of formation and cement sheath,but the related research data were insufficient.A mechanical model of formation-cement sheath-casing was established.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics,the contact pressures at the first and second interfaces of wellbore were deduced.The concept of pressure transfer coefficient was introduced to analyze the influence of elastic modulus of cement sheath and formation and Poisson ratio on the mechanical state of casing and cement sheath.The research results show that the wellbore load decreases when the elasticity modulus or Poisson's ratio of formation increases.Besides,the cement slurry with high strength,small elasticity modulus and small Poisson's ratio are recommended to enhance the wellbore integrity.The research result provides a reference for enhancing the wellbore integrity based on material property.
