摘  要：
为了明确引起云南省昆明市杨林镇烟草漂浮育苗过程中出现的根腐病的病原,在该烟草漂浮育苗基地取3点,分别在各点采集病株10个样本,烟草品种为NC297,对样本进行了病原菌分离、致病性测定、形态学鉴定和5.8 rDNA-ITS序列分析。结果表明,致病性试验中烟苗发病率为100%;病原菌的5.8 rDNA-ITS序列与GenBank:AY666087.1(Pythium diclinum Tokunaga in Ito&Tokunaga)同源性为99%;异丝腐霉通过黄瓜片诱导后能产生大量孢子;引起该烟草漂浮育苗根腐病的病原菌为异丝腐霉(Pythium diclinum);根据症状和病原菌,将此病害定为由异丝腐霉(Pythium diclinum)引起的烟草漂浮育苗根腐病;异丝腐霉引起烟草根腐病为首次报道。

摘  要：
For the purpose of ascertaining the pathogen which caused root rot of tobacco seedling in floating system in Yanglin Town,Kunming City,Yunnan Province,the isolates that caused root rot in seedlings of tobacco floating were obtained from samples that they were fetched from three points of the tobacco NC297 seedling in floating system base and 10 samples were fetched from each point.These samples were analyzed by pathogenicity test,characteristic identified and 5.8 rDNA-ITS sequence.Incidence rate of root rot of tobacco seedling was 100%.The homology between 5.8 rDNA-ITS sequence of the pathogen and 5.8 rDNA-ITS sequence of GenBank: AY666087.1(Pythium diclinum Tokunaga in Ito & Tokunaga)was 99%.The pathogen which was induced by the pieces of cucumber could generate a lot of spores.Pythium diclinum was identified to be the pathogen of root rot of tobacco seedlings in floating system.According to the symptoms and pathogen,the disease was defined as the root rot of tobacco seedling in floating system which was caused by P.diclinum.This is the first report of root rot of tobacco caused by P.diclinum.
