摘 要：
立地质量经济评价是在立地分类、立地生产力评价的基础上,以立地类型为对象进行的经济效益的评价。研究应用立地期望值、净现值、内部收益率、序列林价、现行林价等进行比较评价。认为净现值、立地期望值、内部收益率进行评价是科学实用的。在此基础上又进行了多树种转换经济评价。

摘 要：
Site economic evaluation is an economic benefit evaluation which is based on site classification,the evaluation of site productivity and different categories of site.Through comparison among PNW,land expectation value,IRR,and market price.This paper shows that PNV,land expectation value and IRR are scientific and practical.Based on above the transformation evaluation of different tree species is carried out.
