槭叶草对高脂血症大鼠降脂作用及其抗氧化作用的研究

摘  要：
目的探讨槭叶草对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用及其抗氧化作用。方法在建立高脂血症大鼠模型的基础上,每天分别给予500mg/kg1、000mg/kg、2000mg/kg槭叶草提取物,20d后观察血清TC、LDL-C的水平及血清及肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果槭叶草对高脂血症大鼠的TC、LDL-C的抑制作用无统计学意义,对血清及肝脏中的MDA有明显的降低作用,以及能够显著提高血清及肝脏中SOD的活性。结论槭叶草对高脂血症大鼠的血脂未见明显抑制作用,对于高脂血症大鼠的血清及肝脏的抗氧化能力有显著提高作用。

摘  要：
objectiveto inquire into the effect of Mukdenia rossii koidz on reducing the blood lipid and antioxidating in hypedemic rat.MethodsOn the basis of feeding the rats with high rats and high cholesterol diet,Mukdenia rossii koidz are given by gavage three groups of animals at the dosage of 500mg/kg?1000mg/kg?2000mg/kgq.d,respectively.ResultThen,we measured the level of TC ,LDL-c in the blood and the level of SOD and MDA in blood and hepar 20 days later.ConclusionMukdenia rossii koidz can't reducing blood lipid level of the hyperlidemic rats from status ,but on the other side it have effect on antioxidating in blood and hepar.
