钩吻素子通过Ahr受体影响沙门氏菌侵染IPEC-J2细胞研究

摘  要:
钩吻对动物具有良好的促生长作用,本研究以猪小肠上皮细胞IPCE-J2为研究对象,探讨了钩吻中含量最高的生物碱单体钩吻素子对沙门氏杆菌侵染的影响,结果显示钩吻素子能够激活Ahr受体,减少沙门氏杆菌对IPEC-J2细胞的侵染,而添加Ahr受体抑制剂α-NF可以拮抗钩吻素子的作用,表明Ahr受体在这一过程中发挥十分重要的作用。

摘  要:
Gelsmium elegans can be effectively used as a feed additive to promote the growth of animal, and koumine is an alkaloid monomer found abundantly in Gelsemium elegans. In this study, the effects of koumine on Salmonella invasion of porcine intestinal epithelial cell line IPEC-J2 cells by Ahr receptor were investigated. The results showed that koumine could induce activation of Ahr and reduce Salmonella invasion of IPEC-J2 cells. The addition of Ahr receptor inhibitor α-NF can antagonize the action of koumine, indicating that Ahr receptor plays a very important role in this process.
