水稻小球菌核病抗病机制的初步研究

摘 要:
通过不同水稻抗病品种感染小球菌核菌后 ,体内防御酶系活性变化的测定 ,结果表明水稻不同品种体内的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶及苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性均增强 ,但抗性品种中的上述酶活性均比感病品种增强的幅度大 ,这可能是抗病品种具有抗性的基本原因。

摘 要:
The enzyme activity of resistant varieties of rice to Sclerotium oryzae was tested in laboratory. The results showed that the activity of POD, PPOD, CAT and PAL in rice resistant varieties all leveled up after infected by Sclerotium oryzae.Furthermore, the increasing range of enzyme activity of rice resistant varieties were bigger than rice susceptible varieties. This was supposed to be the main reason of resistance of the rice varieties.
